At Marlowe New York, we strive to keep our customers completely satisfied. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not allowed.

Returning items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Request your return via info@marlowenewyork.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return location and approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is fully responsible.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
