At Marlowe New York, we strive to keep our customers completely satisfied. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Trying on the item is allowed; wearing the item is not permitted.

Returns are only possible after the item has been physically received.

The return must be shipped within 7 days after delivery to be eligible for processing.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and customs-related costs.

Returning items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return is not permitted.
Return Process
- Request your return by emailing info@marlowenewyork.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any international shipping or customs fees.
- You are required to use a tracked shipping method.

Without valid tracking information, we are unable to confirm receipt of the return and therefore cannot process a refund or replacement.
Customs & Shipping Notice

Please ensure the declared value on the return shipment is low.

A high declared value may result in customs charges.

If import taxes are required for us to receive the parcel, no refund or reshipment will be provided.

The sender (customer) is fully responsible for correct customs handling.

Shipments that require the recipient to complete customs clearance may be refused by the warehouse.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return location and approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is fully responsible.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order can no longer be canceled as it enters processing.
